Dealings with Customers Clause Samples

The 'Dealings with Customers' clause sets out the standards and obligations that a party must follow when interacting with customers in the course of performing the contract. It typically requires the party to act professionally, comply with applicable laws, and maintain a certain level of service or conduct when dealing with end users or clients. For example, it may mandate that customer complaints are handled promptly or that marketing practices are ethical. This clause ensures that the contracting party's actions with customers do not harm the reputation or legal standing of the other party, thereby managing risk and maintaining quality control.
