Code of Conduct definition

Code of Conduct means the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC.
Code of Conduct means an agreement or set of rules not imposed by law, regulation or administrative provision of a Member State which defines the behaviour of traders who undertake to be bound by the code in relation to one or more particular commercial practices or business sectors;

  • The Requester and Approved Users acknowledge that the NIH may terminate the DAR, including this Agreement and immediately revoke or suspend access to all controlled-access datasets subject to the NIH GDS Policy at any time if the Requester is found to be no longer in agreement with the principles outlined in the NIH GDS Policy, the terms described in this Agreement, the Genomic Data User Code of Conduct or the policies, principles and procedures of NIH.
