Declaration & Execution of Agreement. ‌ The Parties agree this Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and delivered by electronic transmission and such execution and delivery shall constitute and be deemed to be one original. The parties consent and agree to the use of electronic signatures pursuant to the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 as amended from time to time with respect to this Agreement and any other documents respecting this Agreement.
