  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Visa Debit Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
