Add the following paragraph at the end of Section 10: Customer represents that: a) Instructions will only be issued by or for a fiduciary pursuant to Department of Labor Regulation Section 404b-1 (a)(2)(i) and b) if Instructions are to be issued by an investment manager, such entity will meet the requirements of Section 3(38) of ERISA and will have been designated by the Customer to manage assets held in the Customer Accounts ("Investment Manager").
All initial deposits to Customer Accounts will be accepted only in U.S. Dollars, and, unless settlement and delivery of a Foreign Currency have taken place, all Account Balances will be computed and reported only in U.S. Dollars.
The Customer agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to review order execution confirmations and statements of the Customer Account(s) promptly upon receipt.
