The Decorative Items clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, placement, and maintenance of decorative objects within a property or premises. Typically, this clause specifies which party—such as a tenant or landlord—is permitted to install or remove decorative items like artwork, plants, or seasonal decorations, and may outline any restrictions to ensure safety or preserve the property's condition. Its core function is to prevent disputes by clarifying expectations and boundaries related to decorative enhancements, thereby maintaining the property's appearance and integrity.
DECORATIVE ITEMS. Upon Licensor’s approval of the interior design materials submitted pursuant to Section 3.1.2 and incorporating the information provided to Licensee as set forth above, Licensee shall prepare or cause to be prepared for Licensor’s approval documents reasonably describing the Decorative Items to be installed in the Project and the installation locations or details therefor, and a Variance Notice, if applicable. Such information may include the description, quantity, recommended manufacturer and model number, product specification, photograph (when appropriate), installed location and other pertinent information about the Decorative Items.
DECORATIVE ITEMS. FOHPP does not permit the use of adhesives, tacks, nails, or hardware on the walls or ceilings of the Grand Hall building. All candles must be contained in approved votive holders. Confetti, confetti-type material or any decoration that may damage the facility is not allowed. Renter is responsible for the removal of all decorations and clearing tables and counters of all perishables. Smoke machines are not allowed.
DECORATIVE ITEMS. FOHPP does not permit the use of adhesives, tacks, nails, or hardware on the fixtures and furniture of the TOSA Pool. All candles must be contained in approved votive holders. Confetti, confetti-type materials, or any decoration that may damage the facility is not allowed.

  • Decoration 4.5.1 To clean, prepare and paint or treat and generally redecorate all internal parts of the Property in the last year of the Term; 4.5.2 All the work described in Clause 4.5.1 is to be carried out: (i) in a good and workmanlike manner to the Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction; and (ii) in colours which (if different from the existing colour) are first approved in writing by the Landlord (approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed);

  • Decorations The only acceptable form of affixing items to walls is the use of white sticky tack, and must be removed by the Resident prior to move out, or be subject to removal charges. Spikes, hooks, screws, tacks or nails or any permanent adhesion type tape shall not be put into or on the walls or woodwork, ceilings, furnishings, doors or windows of any part of the Residence. Residents may not decorate the outside of their room door unless for special occasions approved by the Manager. Strings of indoor lights should not be in direct contact with any flammable materials and should not be left on while the room is unattended.

  • Alterations Tenant shall not alter or add to any part of the Demised Premises except with Landlord's prior consent which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall make all alterations and additions to the Demised Premises at its own risk and cost and in accordance with all applicable laws, and shall indemnify Landlord against all expenses, liens, claims, or damages to either persons or property or to the Demised Premises arising out of or resulting from such alterations or additions. All alterations and additions shall be subject to the approval of Landlord which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and shall remain after the termination of this Lease for the benefit of Landlord unless otherwise provided in said consent. No alterations or additions to the Demised Premises shall be made unless Tenant uses a general contractor reasonably approved by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a)(i) the freight elevator shall not be overloaded beyond the factory certified limits, (ii) any damage to the elevator shall be repaired at Tenant's expense, and (iii) Tenant agrees to use Landlord's current contractor for installation, maintenance, and repairs to the freight elevator; and (b) no modification of the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, fire control and suppression systems (halon), and building automation systems of the Demised Premises shall be permitted without Landlord's prior written consent and Landlord's approval of the contractor.

  • Painting All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SWP exterior gloss paint. 10.1 Wall Corner Guards: Provide clear plastic guards up to 60” AFF on all outside corners to protect vinyl wall covering.

  • Installations Any special carpentry, wiring, electrical or other work, gas, steam, water and drainage connection shall be installed at Exhibitor’s expense, and in accordance with the building and Management’s direction.
