Common use of Dedicated Access Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $961.87 to $6,711.87 for 10 Gigabit Access Service at 5 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
