Common use of Dedication Clause in Contracts

Dedication. Subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth in the Agreement and the other terms and conditions of the Agreement, Producer has exclusively dedicated the Dedicated Properties to Gatherer for the performance of the Services under the Agreement and commits to deliver to Gatherer, as and when produced, all Dedicated Saltwater into the Disposal System for the performance of the Services under the Agreement.

Dedication. Subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth in the Agreement and the other terms and conditions of the Agreement, Producer has (on behalf of itself and its Affiliates) exclusively dedicated dedicates all Interests now owned or hereafter acquired by Producer or any of its Affiliates and located wholly within the Dedicated Properties Acreage (the “Dedicated Properties”) to Gatherer the Gathering System and the Agreement for the performance of the Services under the Agreement and commits to deliver to Gathererthe Receipt Points, as and when produced, all Dedicated Saltwater into the Disposal System for the performance of the Services under the AgreementSaltwater.
