Common use of Deduction Amount Clause in Contracts

Deduction Amount. During the life of this Agreement and in accordance with the terms of the Form of Authorization of Check-Off of Dues hereinafter set forth, the Employer agrees to deduct Association membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association from the pay of each employee who executes or has executed the Authorization for Check-off of Dues Form provided by the Association.
