Deduction from Sick Leave. A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all scheduled working days absent for sick leave. Absence on account of illness for less than one-half (1/2) days shall not be deducted. Absence for one-half (1/2) day or more, and less than a full day shall be deduced as one-half (1/2) day.
