Deductions and Remittance. A. During the term of this Agreement, the University will deduct AFSCME membership dues in an amount established by AFSCME and certified in writing by the President of Council 79 to the University, and make other deductions from employee's pay for those employees who individually make such request on the deduction authorization form provided by AFSCME included as Appendix B. Employee transfers or promotions within the bargaining unit shall not require the submission of new forms.
