Common use of Deed of assignment Clause in Contracts

Deed of assignment. (a) If VicForests consents to an assignment of all of the Buyer’s rights and obligations under this Agreement, the Buyer must ensure that the assignee enters into a deed of assignment with VicForests and the Buyer substantially in the form attached in Schedule 7 but which shall include any conditions imposed by VicForests pursuant to clause 14.
