Common use of Deemed Resignations Clause in Contracts

Deemed Resignations. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company and Employee prior to termination of Employee’s employment, any termination of Employee’s employment shall constitute an automatic resignation of Employee from all positions he then holds as an employee, officer, director, manager or other service provider of the Company and each Affiliate of the Company.

Deemed Resignations.
