Deemed Time Worked. Paid hours shall be considered to be time worked for the purposes of all benefits such as, including but not limited to: vacation, statutory holidays, personal medical leave, personal leave, RRSPs, Health and Welfare and MSP benefits. These paid benefits will not continue in the event of an unpaid leave unless otherwise agreed to in the collective agreement or required by the B.C. Employment Standards Act.
