Overtime for Part-Time Employees. (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than her regular working day, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to eight hours per day and 40 hours per week. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than her regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to seven and one-half hours per day and 37½ hours per week. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. (1) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a Full-time employee, and who is requested to work longer than his/her regularly scheduled work days, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the work day of a Full-time employee. (2) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week for a Full-time employee, and who is requested to work other than his/her regularly scheduled work days, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked, up to and including the normal work days in the work week of a Full-time employee. (3) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above. (4) If a part-time employee works in excess of 7.5 hours on a statutory holiday he/she will be paid the overtime rates set out in 22.04.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. The hours of work for part-time employees shall be set in accordance with the requirements of the Board with overtime applying for any work performed over seven (7) hours per day or thirty-five (35) hours per week.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A part-time employee working less than the regular working hours per day shall not qualify for overtime rates until the regular hours have been exceeded.
