Common use of Overtime for Part-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A) A part time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full time employee, and who is requested to work longer than her regularly scheduled work days, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the work day of a full time employee. B) A part time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full time employee, and who is requested to work other than her regularly scheduled work days, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked, up to and including the normal work days in the work week of a full time employee. C) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (A) and (B) above.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A‌ (a) A part part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full full-time employee, and who is requested required to work longer than her regularly scheduled work daystheir regular working day, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the work day workday of a full full-time employee.
