Common use of Default and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Default and Enforcement. If any Guarantor fails to pay following a demand for payment in accordance with Section 10.01 hereof, the Trustee may proceed in its name as trustee hereunder in the enforcement of the Guarantee of such Guarantor and such Guarantor’s obligations hereunder by any remedy provided by law, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, and to recover from such Guarantor the amounts owed under its Guarantee and this Article 10.

Default and Enforcement. If any Guarantor fails to pay following a demand for payment in accordance with Section 10.01 11.07 hereof, the Trustee may proceed in its name as trustee hereunder in the enforcement of the Note Guarantee of any such Guarantor and such Guarantor’s obligations thereunder and hereunder by any remedy provided by law, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, and to recover from such Guarantor the amounts owed under its Guarantee and this Article 10obligations.

Default and Enforcement. If any the Guarantor fails to pay following a demand for payment in accordance with Section 10.01 3.06 hereof, the Trustee may proceed in its name as trustee hereunder in the enforcement of the Guarantee of such a particular series of Notes of the Guarantor and such the Guarantor’s obligations hereunder with respect to that series of Notes by any remedy provided by law, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, and to recover from such the Guarantor the amounts owed under its Guarantee and this Article 10obligations.

Default and Enforcement. If any Guarantor fails to pay following a demand for payment in accordance with Section 10.01 11.06 hereof, the Trustee may proceed in its name as trustee hereunder in the enforcement of the Subsidiary Guarantee of any such Guarantor and such Guarantor’s obligations thereunder and hereunder by any remedy provided by law, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, and to recover from such Guarantor the amounts owed under its Guarantee and this Article 10obligations.

If any Guarantor fails to pay following a demand for payment in accordance with Section 10.01 1401 or Section 1410 hereof, the Trustee may proceed in its name as trustee hereunder in the enforcement of the Guarantee Subsidiary Guarantees of such Guarantor and such Guarantor’s each other Guarantor of the Guarantors' obligations thereunder and hereunder by any remedy provided by law, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, and to recover from such Guarantor the amounts owed Guarantors -164- the obligations of the Company under its Guarantee the Notes and this Article 10Indenture.
