Defective contractual products, corrections, preventive measures. The SUPPLIER is obliged to immediately interrupt and correct the production process if it identifies a defect in the product or the service to be rendered during the production process. The SUPPLIER shall ensure that, in this case, all unmarked or suspect products are classified as defective and directed accordingly, i.e. they are not delivered. Before an out-of-spec product is used, processed or submitted to any reworking, the SUPPLIER shall obtain the release respectively approval from ▇▇.

The SUPPLIER will receive the rejected products with a notice of defects provided for analysis, unless otherwise agreed. (b) The SUPPLIER shall reimburse ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for all costs associated with the repair and the replacement of defective parts (including costs for transport, examination, handling, sorting, mantling/dismantling, material, and work).
