Deficiencies. 2.5.1 The Contractor shall promptly correct all Deficiencies, including Deficiencies that have been identified by the Contract Administrator and/or Owner, at the Contractor’s cost (and with no adjustment in the Fixed Price or Unit Prices) and without any extension of the Contract Time, whether or not the Deficiency has been incorporated in the Work and whether or not the Deficiency is the result of poor workmanship, use of Deficient products or damage through carelessness or other act or omission of a Contractor Personnel, provided that: .1 the Contractor shall correct, in a manner acceptable to the Owner or the Contract Administrator, all Deficiencies, whether or not they are specifically identified by the Contract Administrator or Owner; and
