Defined Words. At the end of this Agreement, you will find a Glossary of defined words used in this Agreement. Other defined words also appear elsewhere in this Agreement. These defined words begin with capital letters. It is important that you understand what the defined words mean. When this Agreement uses the words “we,” “us,” and “our,” this means Health Options and its designated affiliates. When this Agreement uses the words “you” and “your,” this means the Subscriber and all Members covered under this Agreement. Unless otherwise clearly noted, lengths of time expressed in terms of days in this Agreement shall mean calendar days.
Defined Words. The purpose of this Chapter is to explain and define words used in this lease that may have a special meaning. In this lease the following terms have the meaning set opposite them.
