Definite and Regular Shift and Workweek. 43 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 44 changed, unless an emergency beyond the control of the District arises, without prior notice to the 45 employee of five (5) calendar days; provided, however, this notice may be waived by the employee.
