The PDK provided by IMEC to Licensee concerning IMEC’s GaN-IC on SOI includes the following: IMEC’s GaN-IC MPW Process Design Kit (“PDK”) IMEC GaN-IC on SOI Platform: IMEC’s GaN-on-SOI MPW technology IMEC’s GaN-on-SOI platform consists of predefined fixed process modules. The process modules are intended to be useful for prototyping and manufacturing of devices for a wide range of applications, but with a focus on integrated power systems. The process is fixed and cannot be altered by the customer, except for a number of options that are clearly described. The process described is applicable to every design submitted to IMEC. The process details are the intellectual property of IMEC and are not shared with the customer.
