Definition of Change Order Request. A Change Order Request (“COR”) is a written request prepared by the Contractor requesting that the District and the Architect issue a Change Order based upon a proposed change to the Work. A COR shall be submitted by the Contractor to the District within ten (10) days of the event giving rise to the COR. Contractor’s failure to submit a COR within ten (10) days of the event giving rise to the COR shall be a complete waiver all rights to additional compensation or time otherwise resulting from the events giving rise to the COR.
