Change Order Request. Contractor's written request for a Change Order.
Change Order Request. Should any event or circumstance occur that the Contractor believes may constitute a change in the Work entitling the Contractor to an adjustment to the Contract Amount or the Contract Time, the Contractor shall issue written notice and a request for a Change Order to the Owner within seven (7) Calendar Days of the occurrence of such event or circumstance. Such written notice shall be issued by the Contractor for any event or circumstance that the Contractor knows, or should have known, to have a potential impact on the Work. The request shall describe in detail the related causes and any potential impact to the Work. The Contractor shall also identify any anticipated adjustment to the Contract Amount and/or to the Contract Time as a result of such impact. Failure to submit such written notice and a request within the time stipulated and with the information required by this Section 24 shall constitute a waiver by the Contractor of the right to a Change Order.

Change Order Request. 4.2.1) Within ten (10) days of the receipt of Contractor's proposed change in the Work, the Subcontractor shall submit to the Contractor a request for a Change Order, which shall detail information concerning the cost and time adjustments, if any, necessary to perform the proposed change (Change Order Request). When approved by the Owner, the Contractor shall authorize the adjustment to the Work contained in the Change Order Request by issuing a Change Order. Such Change Order shall thereupon be incorporated into the Subcontractors Development and Completion Schedule.
Change Order Request. The Change Order Request shall consist of the detailed cost estimate outlining the changes in the Work and detailed documentation justifying proposed changes in time. The subcontractor shall use the RRC prescribed change order form or project specified. This estimate shall be computed in accordance with accepted estimating procedures and in accordance with the terms of this Subcontract, and the costs for labor and materials shall be at prevailing rates in the area or in accordance with appropriate provisions of this Subcontract. As far as practicable, unit prices and any other feasible formula for use in the determination of cost changes in the Work shall be used.
Section 5.1 In the event that Subcontractor makes any changes to any Work or materials encountered in the field at the site, Subcontractor shall certify and warrant that any such change shall be “equivalent to” the all specifications contained in the approved building and/or design plans for the project, and where necessary or in accordance with prudent construction practices shall obtain the approval of the Project’s designer’s or engineers prior to making any such change.
Section 5.2 All defects in material used or Work performed under this MSA or a related SPO as designated by the Project Client or its representative, city or quasi-government or county inspectors or RRC upon inspection and brought to the attention of Subcontractor shall immediately by corrected by Subcontractor to the satisfaction of RRC and the designating person, without cost to RRC. The Subcontractor, at Subcontractor’s expense, shall pre-test and/or test and inspect the operations of all materials, components and systems during and after the installation of same. Subcontractor will confirm that components and systems to which Subcontractor will connect have been completed and perform in accordance with plans and specifications.
Section 5.3 Subcontractor agrees to protect his work, materials, tools and equipment against loss or damage by fire, theft, or accident and not to make any claim or demand upon RRC for any injury, loss or damage to Subcontractor, his agents or employees or work, materials, tools or equipment or on account of any act or omission of RRC or any third person or persons; but Subcontractor’s rights shall be limited, so far as RRC is concerned, solely and exclusively to receipt by conditions herein contained.

Change Order Request. 4.2.3.1 A Change Order Request will be deemed timely submitted if, and only if, it is submitted within 7 days of the date the Contractor discovers, or reasonably should discover the circumstances giving rise to the Change Order Request, unless additional time is allowed in writing by Owner’s Representative for submission of the Change Order Request, provided that if: .1 the Change Order Request includes compensation sought by a Subcontractor; AND .2 the Contractor requests in writing to the Owner’s Representative, within the 7-day time period, additional time to permit Contractor to conduct an appropriate review of the Subcontractor Change Order Request, the time period for submission of the actual Change Order Request shall be extended by the number of days specified in writing by the Owner’s Representative.
4.2.3.2 A Change Order Request must state that it is a Change Order Request, state and justify the reason for the request, and specify the amount of any requested adjustment of the Contract Sum, Contract Time, and/or other monetary relief. If the Contractor requests an adjustment to the Contract Sum or other monetary relief, the Contractor shall submit the following with the Change Order Request:
1 a completed Cost Proposal in the form contained in the Exhibits meeting the requirements of Article 7; OR
.2 a partial Cost Proposal and a declaration of what required information is not then known to Contractor. If Contractor failed to submit a completed Cost Proposal with the Change Order Request, Contractor shall submit a completed Cost Proposal meeting the requirements of Article 7 within 7 days of the date the Contractor submitted the Change Order Request unless additional time is allowed by the Owner’s Representative.
4.2.3.3 Upon request of Owner’s Representative, Contractor shall submit such additional information as may be requested by Owner’s Representative for the purpose of evaluating the Change Order Request. Such additional information may include:
.1 If Contractor seeks an adjustment of the Contract Sum or other monetary relief, actual cost records for any changed or extra costs (including without limitation, payroll records, material and rental invoices and the like), shall be submitted by the deadline established by the Owner’s Representative, who may require such actual cost records to be submitted and reviewed, on a daily basis, by the Owner’s Representative and/or representatives of the Owner’s Representative. .2 If Contractor seeks an a...
Change Order Request. Owner may, at any time and from time to time, order additions, deletions or other modifications to the Work (a "Work Change") by submitting a written change order request to Contractor ("Change Order Request"). Owner's Designated Representative is the only person authorized to sign Change Order Requests. Contractor shall not be compensated for any Work Change performed by Contractor at the request of anyone other than Owner's Designated Representative pursuant to a written Change Order Request. Upon receipt of a duly authorized Change Order Request, Contractor shall perform any extra work, make any substitutions in the Work, or omit any portion of the Work required thereby and shall not thereafter perform any work or order materials that are inconsistent with such Change Order Request. Contractor or anyone acting for or on behalf of Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for any labor, materials or equipment performed or ordered after receipt of a duly authorized Change Order Request if the same are not consistent with the Change Order Request. Contractor shall (i) maintain records of all duly authorized modifications made to the Work, (ii) notify Owner's Representative of each such duly authorized modification immediately upon making the modification, and (iii) show such duly authorized modifications on a copy of the Plans and Specifications.
Change Order Request. 1.1 Either Party may submit a Change Order Request to the other Party at any time in the form appended as Annex 1 to this Schedule E. The Change Order Request shall be signed by the Service Provider or Client contact person, as applicable. The Change Order Request shall contain sufficient information concerning the requested change, including any impact on Support Services, prescribed Support Services standards, and Service Provider compensation, for the recipient Party to undertake an informed assessment and decision in regard to the request.
1.2 The Party in receipt of the Change Order Request shall use all reasonable commercial efforts to respond to the Change Order Request within the requested time period. A response shall be in writing and may include a request for additional information, for modifications to the Change Order Request, or the decision to reject or accept the requested change.
