Construction Practices Clause Samples

The Construction Practices clause sets out the standards and methods that must be followed during the execution of construction work. It typically outlines requirements for workmanship, materials, compliance with laws and regulations, and adherence to industry norms or project specifications. For example, it may require contractors to use qualified personnel, maintain site safety, and ensure that all work meets specified quality benchmarks. The core function of this clause is to ensure that construction is performed to an agreed standard, thereby minimizing disputes over quality and ensuring the finished project meets the expectations of all parties involved.
