Definition of Overtime. All Any time worked authorized and spent at regular duties or other assigned duties, consistent with this Agreement, whether before or after the regular scheduled work day and the regular work weekworking hours, or time worked on a holidayany scheduled non-working hours, or any scheduled non-working day according to the work schedule of the officer, in excess of five (5) hours.
