Common use of DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. An employee who is employed for work which is of a continuous full-time or continuous part-time nature.

DEFINITION OF REGULAR EMPLOYEE. An A regular employee who is employed an employee hired on an ongoing basis for work which is of a continuous full-time or continuous part-time naturean indeterminate period.
