The reporting allowance outlined as herein shall not apply whenever an employee has received not less than one prior notice not to report for work. An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby, outside the normal working hours for that particular employee, shall receive standby pay in the amount of per hour for all hours on standby. Standby pay shall, however, cease where an employee is called work, and works period of standby.
(a) Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift and prior to the commence- ment of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of three hours of work or three pay at the rate of time and one-half their regular hourly earnings.
