Work Loads Clause Samples

The "Work Loads" clause defines the expected amount and distribution of work to be performed under an agreement. It typically outlines the volume, frequency, or schedule of tasks or deliverables required from one or both parties, such as specifying weekly project assignments or monthly service quotas. By clearly establishing these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about performance obligations and ensures that both parties are aligned on the scope and timing of work to be completed.
