FULL SHIFT Sample Clauses

The FULL SHIFT clause establishes that an employee is entitled to compensation for an entire scheduled work shift, regardless of whether they are required to work the full duration. In practice, this means that if an employee is sent home early or is not given enough work to fill their scheduled hours, they are still paid as if they had worked the complete shift. This clause ensures income stability for employees and prevents employers from reducing pay due to unexpected changes in scheduling or workload.
