The Series 20182020-1 2 Global Notes shall be exchangeable in their entirety for one or more definitive notes in registered form, without interest coupons (collectively, for purposes of this Section 4.2 and Section 4.4 of this Series Supplement, the “Definitive Notes”) pursuant to Section 2.13 of the Base Indenture and this Section 4.2(c) in accordance with their terms and, upon complete exchange thereof, such Series 20182020-1 2 Global Notes shall be surrendered for cancellation at the applicable Corporate Trust Office.
