The Degree Supplements clause outlines the provision of additional documentation that accompanies a degree, typically to provide further details about the qualification awarded. Degree Supplements. For advancement to a higher salary level, the effective date shall 23 be the date of completion of all requirements for the degree as stated on official 24 documentation or registrar confirmation. Such advancement shall be initiated upon the 25 receipt of said documentation in Human Resources.
Degree Supplements. A holder of a Master's Degree shall be paid an additional two hundred dollars ($200) per year. A holder of a Doctoral Degree shall be paid an additional supplement of one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800) per year.

  • Disclosure Supplements From time to time prior to the Effective Time, each party shall promptly supplement or amend any materials Previously Disclosed and delivered to the other party pursuant hereto with respect to any matter hereafter arising which, if existing, occurring or known at the date of this Agreement, would have been required to be set forth or described in materials Previously Disclosed to the other party or which is necessary to correct any information in such materials which has been rendered materially inaccurate thereby; no such supplement or amendment to such materials shall be deemed to have modified the representations, warranties and covenants of the parties for the purpose of determining whether the conditions set forth in Article VI hereof have been satisfied.

  • Supplements to Schedules Pending Closing, Seller may supplement or correct the Schedules to this Agreement as necessary to insure their completeness and accuracy. No supplement or correction to any Schedule or Schedules to this Agreement shall be effective, however, to cure any breach or inaccuracy in any of the representations and warranties; but if TJC does not exercise its right to terminate this Agreement under Section 12 and closes the transaction, the supplement or correction shall constitute an amendment of the Schedule or Schedules to which it relates for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Amendments to Schedules The Schedules to this Agreement form an integral part of this Agreement. The Schedules may be amended or replaced from time to time by the parties who will evidence their approval thereof by initialing a new Schedule dated as of the effective date of such amendment or replacements.

  • Copies of any Amendments and Supplements to the Prospectus The Company agrees to furnish the Underwriters, without charge, during the Prospectus Delivery Period, as many copies of each of the preliminary prospectuses, the Prospectus and the Disclosure Package and any amendments and supplements thereto (including any documents incorporated or deemed incorporated by reference therein) as the Underwriters may reasonably request.
