DELAY IN INSTALLATION. Lessee hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss arising out of or in connection with delays, partial performance or non-performance by the supplier of the Equipment and Lessor shall not be liable for specific performance of this Lease or for damages if, for any reason, any supplier delays or fails to fill or improperly fills an order.
