Installation Waiver Clause Samples
An Installation Waiver clause serves to release one party from certain obligations or liabilities related to the installation of equipment, systems, or materials. In practice, this clause may specify that the party receiving the installation accepts the work as-is, waiving the right to claim defects or demand corrections after a certain point, such as after inspection or acceptance. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate responsibility and limit post-installation disputes, ensuring that both parties understand when liability for installation issues ends.
