Delayed Commencement. If the expected Target Commencement Date of April 1, 2007 is not met by not later than April 15, 2007, either party to this Agreement may elect to terminate this Agreement without obligation, and thereupon Digitlord shall refund the $[*] paid with the signing of this Agreement as provided in Paragraph 4.
