Common use of Delegate Clause in Contracts

Delegate. The Seller acknowledges that each Issuer has delegated certain of its rights under the Master Trust Deed to the Delegate and the Delegate may: (a) enforce the obligations of the Seller under this Agreement on behalf of the Issuer; and (b) exercise the rights of the Issuer, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Master Trust Deed.
