Delegates. 21.1 You acknowledge and agree that we may, in the conduct of our functions, instead of acting ourselves, delegate to or appoint any service provider, agent, sub-agent, contractor, sub- contractor, Broker, dealer, custodian, nominee or other third parties, whether in Singapore or otherwise, (and such persons shall each be referred to in this Agreement as our “Delegate”, where the context permits) to carry out, execute or clear any Transaction, hold, custodise or deal with the assets, or provide ongoing maintenance and support services for the operation of the Platform or such other Services or business as may be required by us. 21.2 You acknowledge and agree that we may delegate to such Delegates all or any of the power, authority or discretion vested in us and any such delegation may be made upon such terms and conditions and subject to such regulations (including the power to sub-delegate) and we may provide information about you and the Account to any such Delegate as we may think fit, provided always that we shall have exercised reasonable care in the selection of such Delegate, we shall not be bound to supervise the actions of and shall not in any way or to any extent be responsible for any loss incurred by you for any failure, neglect, default or breach by any such Delegate. 21.3 You agree that our employees, officers, or Delegates shall not have any authority to bind us to any obligations or liabilities as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
Delegates. The employer recognises the Union delegates who are elected by the employees as the on-site representatives of the Union.
Delegates. A Party to the Agreement (hereafter referred to as a "Party") shall be entitled to appoint one member to the Committee (hereafter referred to as the Committee Member) and such other Alternative Representatives and Advisers as the Party may deem necessary. Parties shall submit the names of their Committee Member and Alternate Committee Members and Advisers to the Secretariat through their coordinating authorities prior to the start of each Meeting.
Delegates. A. The Union may elect or designate a delegate or alternate delegate by classification who shall be recognized by the Employer. The delegate or alternate is recognized as an authorized representative of the Union for settling grievances and disputes. Representatives of management with authority to settle such matters will meet with the delegate and work for the resolution of grievances and disputes. B. A delegate will be allowed to attend grievance meetings, without loss of wages or benefits, scheduled by the Employer. Delegates will be allowed to investigate grievances during their normal work day provided no necessary and required work is interrupted by the delegate’s absence and the delegate’s supervisor has given the delegate prior approval to engage in such activity.
Delegates. MPI will promote and support the role of delegates in the workplace. Reasonable paid time will be allocated to delegates to carry out their role effectively within and beyond the workplace (subject to arrangements agreed between the PSA and MPI dealing with notice, timing etc.). This includes time for recruitment, to meet with new and potential members, other delegates and PSA officials over employment matters and/or union business, and attending regional and national PSA and other union forums. Delegates will be introduced to new employees as part of the induction process. MPI and PSA will agree an annual allocation of a reasonable number of paid days, inclusive of any statutory entitlements, to enable delegates to attend training, including union delegate training.
Delegates. Duly elected or selected delegates or alternates to the Annual Conference of the OPBA who are in the Bargaining Units shall be allowed reasonable time to attend such functions. To the extent any such time is during such delegates’ scheduled work hours, they shall be given consideration to a schedule rearrangement, or they shall be allowed to use their vacation time. The same consideration shall be afforded to a member who serves on the OPBA to the extent and so long as the City has in effect a policy or policies which provide for or allows City employees to accumulate compensatory time.
Delegates. Each committee member may assign a designated delegate who from time to time will attend meetings or vote on their behalf.

The employer recognises that the delegates of the Unions party to this agreement are the authorised representatives of Union members and that their role as delegate includes recruitment of members, education, attendance at meetings, negotiations and consultative forums. b. Employees shall have reasonable access to New Zealand Nurses Organisation and Etu delegates to discuss work related matters upon request. c. All new employees shall be introduced to the Union delegates as part of their induction to the organisation. The delegates shall be provided with reasonable time to introduce themselves to the employee and provide the employee with relevant information.
Delegates. Employees selected by the Union to act as Union representatives shall be known as delegates. The Union shall furnish the Commonwealth with the names and work locations of grievance representatives and shall notify the Commonwealth of any changes. A reasonable number of witnesses shall be permitted to attend Committee meetings without suffering the loss of any pay, when their presence is required because of the Commonwealth's refusal to accept the witnesses' written statement, as provided for in the attached Rules of Procedure (Appendix F). Grievants shall be treated in exactly the same manner as witnesses under this procedure. An employee who presents a grievance or sits on a Joint State Committee Panel, shall do so with pay, provided the Union has indicated their desire to have that person participate in the procedure. The number of employees so designated shall not be abused. Leave without pay will be granted to employees for pre-meeting preparation prior to the date of a Committee meeting, in accordance with Article 14, Section 3.b.
