Common use of Deletion Clause in Contracts

Deletion. a copy, certified by an officer of the Anafi Borrower, as a true, complete and up to date copy of, the deletion certificate issued in relation to the deletion of the Ship from the Existing Registry or evidence that such deletion will take place within three (3) Banking Days;

Deletion. a copy, certified by an officer of the Anafi Outgoing Borrower, as a true, complete and up to date copy of, the deletion certificate issued in relation to the deletion of the Ship from the Existing Registry or evidence that such deletion will take place within three (3) Banking Days;

Deletion. a A copy, certified by an officer of the Anafi Borrower, as a true, complete and up to date copy of, the deletion certificate issued in relation to the deletion of the Relevant Ship from the its Existing Registry or evidence that Register and if such deletion will take place within three (3) certificate is not available on the date the Relevant Ship is registered in the name of the relevant Initial Owner in the New Registry no later than 10 Banking DaysDays after such date;

Deletion. a copy, certified by an officer of the Anafi Leonidas Borrower, as a true, complete and up to date copy of, the deletion certificate issued in relation to the deletion of the Ship from the Existing Registry or evidence that such deletion will take place within three six (36) Banking Days; such registrations of any of the Relevant Documents as the Agent may require;

Deletion. a copy, certified by an officer of the Anafi ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Borrower, as a true, complete and up to date copy of, the deletion certificate issued in relation to the deletion of the Ship from the Existing Registry Register or evidence that such deletion will take place within three (3) Banking Days;

Deletion. a copy, certified by an officer of the Anafi Naxos Borrower, as a true, complete and up to date copy of, the deletion certificate issued in relation to the deletion of the Ship from the Existing Registry Register or evidence that such deletion will take place within three (3) Banking Days;
