Data Export and Deletion. 5.1. Export and Retrieval by Customer During the Subscription Term and subject to the Agreement, Customer can access its Personal Data at any time. Customer may export and retrieve its Personal Data in a standard format. Export and retrieval may be subject to technical limitations, in which case RELISH and Customer will find a reasonable method to allow Customer access to Personal Data.

Data Export and Deletion. (a) During a Subscription Term, Customer may export Customer Data from the Cloud Service (or Provider will otherwise make the Customer Data available to Customer) as described in the Documentation. (b) After termination or expiration of this Agreement, within 60 days of request, Provider will delete Customer Data and each party will delete any Confidential Information of the other in its possession or control. (c) Nonetheless, the recipient may retain Customer Data or Confidential Information in accordance with its standard backup or record retention policies or as required by Law, subject to Section 3.2 (Security), Section 16 (Confidentiality) and any DPA.

Data Export and Deletion a. Export and retrieval by you, the customer: during the subscription term and subject to this subscription agreement, you the customer can access your Personal Company Data (Personal Company Data is the data entered, particular to only the subscribing company in the Enterpryze application) at any time. You may export and retrieve your Personal Company Data in a standard format. Export and retrieval may be subject to technical limitations, in which case Enterpryze and you, the customer will find a reasonable method to allow you access to Personal Company data.

Data Export and Deletion. At any time during the term of the Agreement, the Customer shall have the option to access, extract, correct and erase the Personal Data stored in the MOXIS Cloud Service. However, in this context XiTrust expressly refers to the Customer's obligation to the data security measures according to Section 8.5 of the main part of the MOXIS Cloud Service Terms. At the end of the term, the Customer is no longer entitled to use the MOXIS Cloud Service and XiTrust's confidential information. For 30 calendar days after the end of the term, XiTrust will only grant the Customer and Affiliates access to the MOXIS Cloud Service for the sole purpose of backing up the data so that the Customer can finally extract the data (this is equivalent to returning the Personal Data). The MOXIS Cloud Service may not support the software that the Customer provides for extraction. XiTrust assumes no liability for the extraction of customer data. The Customer hereby instructs XiTrust to completely erase all remaining customer data created in connection with the provision of the MOXIS Cloud Service after the end of the contract, unless XiTrust is required to retain such data under applicable law.

With respect to any applicable Services, Customer hereby instructs Company to delete any Personal Data remaining with Company within a reasonable time period in accordance with Data Protection Law once such Personal Data is no longer required for execution of the Agreement.
