Common use of Deletions from Appendix B Clause in Contracts

Deletions from Appendix B. The Board may withdraw its delegation with respect to any jurisdiction upon written notice to the Custodian. The Custodian shall withdraw its acceptance of delegated authority with respect to any jurisdiction upon written notice to the Board. Upon receipt of such notice by the party to whom such notice is given, the Custodian shall have no further responsibilities under this Delegation Agreement with respect to the selecting, contracting with, and monitoring of any Foreign Custodian holding Assets in the removed jurisdiction.
