DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Sample Clauses

The "Distribution of Contractor Price List and Contract Appendices" clause defines how and to whom the contractor's price list and any appendices to the contract must be provided. Typically, this clause specifies the timing, format, and recipients for distributing these documents, such as requiring electronic delivery to the client and relevant stakeholders at the start of the contract or upon updates. Its core function is to ensure all parties have access to the most current pricing and contractual details, promoting transparency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings regarding contract terms and costs.
