Common use of Delivery by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Delivery by Lessor. On the Lease Commencement Date, following the full execution and delivery of the Lease and this Work Letter by Lessor and Lessee, Lessor shall deliver the Building to Lessee, and Lessee shall accept the Building from Lessor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease including, without limitation, Sections 5.02 (a) and 5.03.

Delivery by Lessor. On the Lease Commencement Date, following the full execution and delivery of the Lease and this Work Letter by Lessor and Lessee, Lessor shall deliver the Building Premises to Lessee, and Lessee shall accept the Building Premises from Lessor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease including, without limitation, Sections 5.02 (a) Section 5.03, provided, that Lessee acknowledges that certain work involving the closure of a stairway between the Premises and 5.03the floor beneath the Premises will be conducted by Lessor during Lessee’s construction in the Premises.
