Inspection by Lessor Sample Clauses

The 'Inspection by Lessor' clause grants the lessor the right to enter and inspect the leased property during the lease term. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which inspections can occur, such as requiring advance notice to the lessee and restricting inspections to reasonable hours. Its core function is to allow the lessor to ensure the property is being properly maintained and used in accordance with the lease terms, thereby protecting the lessor’s investment and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
