Delivery Documentation. In exchange for payment of the Purchase Price as per Art. VI. hereof, ▇▇▇▇▇ will deliver the Vessel together with the documents listed in Exhibit II hereto to Seaspan and any other documents that Seaspan may reasonably require in order to register the Vessel in Hong Kong (together, the “Documents”). ▇▇▇▇▇ will provide Seaspan with one (1) original of each Document and two (2) copies. ▇▇▇▇▇ will use reasonable endeavours to cause the Builder to issue or cause to be issued (as the case may be) all such Documents in the name of Seaspan as the Vessel’s owner. Any extra cost charged by the Builder for issuing such documents in the name of Seaspan shall be for Seaspan’s account and Seaspan will pay such amount to the Builder directly. Seaspan will for this purpose deliver any information required by the Builder.
