Delivery of Additional Documentation Required. Borrower shall from time to time execute and deliver to Lenders, at the request of Lenders, all financing statements and other documents Lenders may reasonably request, in form satisfactory to Lenders, to perfect and continue Lenders’ perfected security interests in the Collateral and in order to consummate fully all of the transactions contemplated under the Loan Documents.
