DELIVERY OF LICENSED SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Unless the Licensed Software has already been provided for evaluation, within fifteen (15) days following the execution hereof by Symbol, Symbol shall ship the Licensed Software (source code and object code) to Licensee. The date on which delivery is deemed complete is referred to herein as the "Date of Delivery" and shall be the later of the actual date the Licensed Software is received by Licensee or the License Commencement Date.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.
