Common use of Delivery of Licensed Software Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Licensed Software. Unless otherwise already in the possession of GENUITY, as soon as practicable after the Effective Date of this Agreement, but in any event within thirty (30) days thereafter, GTE shall deliver to GENUITY a number of copies of each item comprising the Documentation and the Licensed Programs; provided, however, the number of copies of Licensed Programs shall in no event not exceed the number of Designated Systems.
