Delivery of Notices and Other Documents Sample Clauses

The 'Delivery of Notices and Other Documents' clause defines the procedures and requirements for how formal communications, such as notices or contractual documents, must be sent between parties under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies acceptable delivery methods—such as email, postal mail, or courier—and may outline the addresses to be used, timing for when a notice is considered received, and any requirements for confirmation of delivery. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for exchanging important information, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether and when communications were properly delivered.
