Delivery of the Utilisation Request Clause Samples
The 'Delivery of the Utilisation Request' clause defines the process by which a borrower must formally request the use of funds under a loan agreement. Typically, this involves submitting a written notice or form to the lender, specifying details such as the amount to be drawn and the intended date of utilisation. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, documented procedure for requesting and disbursing funds, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a reliable record of each utilisation event.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Facility Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time. Only one Utilisation Request may be delivered under this Facility.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10:00 a.m. three Business Days prior to the proposed Utilisation Date.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. (a) The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Facility Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time.
(b) The Borrower may not deliver more than one Utilisation Request in respect of the Loan to be advanced.

The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Lender of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the date falling one (1) Business Day prior to the proposed Utilisation Date or such shorter time that the Lender may otherwise agree. The Borrower shall utilise the Facility during the Availability Period.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrowers may utilise the Upsized Loans by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 12:00 noon Oslo time on the date falling three (3) Business Days prior to the Utilisation Date.

The Borrowers may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 4:00 p.m. (London time) (or such later time as the Agent may agree), two (2) Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date. The Borrowers may deliver no more than one (1) Utilisation Request.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. The Borrowers may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Agent of a single duly completed Utilisation Request during the Availability Period not less than five and not more than 10 Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date.
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions described in Clause 1.6 (Conditions to Effective Date) and the conditions precedent described in Clause 4 (Conditions of Utilisation), the Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the Facility Agent of the duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time (or such other time as the Facility Agent may agree).
Delivery of the Utilisation Request. 3.1.1 The Borrower may utilise the Facility in one lump sum by delivery to the Lender of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10:00 a.m. on the third Business Day before the Utilisation Date.
3.1.2 The Borrower may not deliver the Utilisation Request unless the Lender has received all of the documents and other evidence listed in and appearing to comply with the requirements of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent) in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.
