Common use of Delivery of Work Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Work. If the Director terminates the Agreement – whether for convenience or for cause – the Director has the option of requiring the Calpine to provide to the City any finished or unfinished work product prepared by the Calpine up to the date of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of the written notice of termination. Calpine must also provide all data to the City in compliance with this Agreement and in particular Section 15.
